    I first discovered CJM through Groupon. My boyfriend and I were able to enjoy a wonderful experience with a couples' massage. Everything went so well that we bought a gift certificate to go back. The reason for my low rating is because trying to reschedule an appointment has been absolute hell. My phone calls and text messages go unanswered. I am definitely suffering from buyer's remorse with the gift certificate. I have yet to receive any further communication regarding scheduling an appointment, and that is beyond frustrating.
